Domaine Saint Germain
Raphael is the poster child for craft winemaking! His domaine is based in the village of Saint Pierre d’Albigny at the foot of the Arclusaz mountain, at an altitude of 1,700 feet. It is in this mountainous landscape that Raphael cultivates and produces authentic and sometimes surprising wines using the following local grape varieties: Mondeuse Noire/Blanche or Grises, Persan, Altesse, and Malvosie…
Domaine de Chevillard
In the heart of the Savoie, in the hamlet of Chevillard at 350m high, Matthieu Goury produced his first vintage in 2016. Jacquère, Roussette and Mondeuse are the stars of the cellar. The Jacquère and Rousette are from Saint-Jean-de-la-Porte, Aprement or Abymes. The Mondeuse are from Les Marches, Freterive et also from the famous cru: Saint-Jean-de-la-Porte with the best plots: Les Ballottes and La Mort.
